Cancelling a booking
The Customer may cancel a booking by notifying the Provider using the contacts listed on the “Contact information” page.
Refund procedure
- If cancelled more than 7 days before the arrival date, the prepayment is refunded in full.
- If cancelled fewer than 7 days before the arrival date, the prepayment is non-refundable.
- Refunds are made by the same method used for payment, within up to 10 (ten) banking days of receiving the request.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
